Unscrew the two screws on the top and bottom of stock and remove, next place a haefty amount of GORILLA glue to the inside and mounting post of stock...remember that that the glue expands as it adheres so watch that, last fit the stock back into place keeping the wires out of the way, screw and tighten down...LET STAND ONE DAY TO DRY. It is now permanent and solid and is not a prob. Ours came broken so we sent it back onaly to have it break again... so we did that.
